WT tires are optimized for 35mm internal rim widths, but have been proven to perform in a range of 30mm to 35mm internal rim widths, depending on rider preference. The Maxxis Wide Trail XC tires are optimized for use with 30mm internal width rims, but will work well on rims up to 25mm wide.. Maxxis does not recommend rims wider than 30mm or narrower than 25mm.
