I was looking for a small backpack when I don't feel like carrying a handbag. The backpack looks exactly like the pictures and looks very nice. Delivery was fine and the bag had no damage.

Very poor quality, zipper broke after 2 days. I really like the design of the bag, but unfortunately the quality of such products plays a very important role. I do not recommend the bag.

Unfortunately, the zipper was broken when the bag arrived. Otherwise, a nice product. Can't find how to contact customer service for a return?
