Japan's transmitters cannot be received outside Japan and nearby areas. ・Outside Japan, the watch will NOT correct the time automatically. It works as a normal quartz watch. ・This is a specification of the model, not a malfunction. Almost all cases reported to us are this. ・How to use it in your country:

① Set the time by hand: use the crown or the buttons to set the hour and minute hands to your local time.

② Use the time-difference function: if the model has World Time or a time-zone (home city / UTC offset) setting, set your city or offset (+/- hours) as written in the manual.

③ Please check the setting method for your specific model yourself (manual, or the maker's official website), as the procedure is different for every model. ・If a manual reception function is used outside Japan, the watch may show a reception error. This is normal.

2️⃣ Solar (Light-Powered) Models ・The watch may arrive stopped or with a low charge, because it was in a dark box during storage and transport. ・Please place it under bright light (sunlight or a strong lamp) for several hours before use.
