From Studio Ghibli's latest special effects short film ``Giant God Soldier Appears in Tokyo'', which will be screened at the exhibition ``Director Hideaki Anno Special Effects Museum - Showa Heisei Techniques Seen in Miniatures,'' we have made a figma of the ``Giant God Soldier'' attacking Tokyo. A miniature mockup created as a model for the life-size puppet used in the special effects video was reduced using 3D scanning, and the model itself was created by Mr. Takayuki Takeya, the sculptor who created the model. Optional parts include the giant god soldier's head when firing a proton beam, a staff of light, and a horn of light on his back.
