Common faults and solutions:
1. Check whether the power supply is powered on normally, the indicator light on the power on display will light up to show the temperature, and it will not light up if it is not powered on.
2. Under normal power on conditions, the water flow is turned on, press the middle switch key, the machine starts heating, and the water heater displays: set temperature, water flow, outlet temperature.
3. If the temperature does not rise, there are two possibilities: one is that the temperature control switch (overheat protection switch) inside the water heater jumps, press the temperature control switch to restore it. The other is that the heating pipe is faulty, and the heat pipe can be replaced.
4. If there is a display of no heating, the display shows the temperature, but the water flow and set temperature are not displayed, indicating that the water flow does not pass through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong. Note that the water inlet and outlet must be installed correctly, but if the water If the pressure is enough, there is water flow and it does not heat, then check the turbine at the water heater inlet, there may be something stuck in the turbine, causing the water heater not to start.
5. It is recommended that the length of the water pipe at the water heater outlet should not exceed 3 meters. If it exceeds the length of the water pipe, there may be a water pressure difference, and the water pressure is not enough to start.
