Installation and Fixing:
1. Location Selection: The water inlet and outlet of the proportional pump must be consistent with the water inlet and outlet of the main pipe.
2. The proportional pump must be installed with the proportional pump above and the liquid suction pipe below.
3. Fix the proportional pump to the wall or other facilities.
4. Install the water inlet and outlet of the proportional pump according to the water flowing direction to ensure their airtightness.
5. Install 100-120 mesh filter between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump.
6. When dosing is required, close the side branch valve of the proportional pump and open the valve on both sides of the proportional pump to feed.
7. When the proportional pump starts to work, a click will be heard. At this time, press the air release valve on the top of the proportional pump, and release it when a small amount of water flows out to ensure the normal operation of the dosing device.
Scale Adjustment:
Proportional pump can adjust the proportion of additives in the injected water flowing according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the best effect of additives.
The specific methods are as follows:
1. Loosen the screws and remove the U shaped adjusting lock from the upper part of the proportional pump.
2. Preset the proportion of liquid additives and water according to the proportion of water scale on the proportional pump:
The counterclockwise adjustment increases the specific gravity of the liquid additive. The clockwise adjustment is to reduce the specific gravity of the liquid additive.
The percentage on the proportional pump is calculated according to the final water outlet of the proportional pump being 100.
3. Turn the adjuster until the hole above the U shaped adjusting lock is inserted into the slot of the proportional pump.
4. Press the U shaped adjusting lock into the upper slot of the proportional pump until it is fastened..
