Apply an appropriate amount (2-3 pump-sized balls for semi-long hair) on the desired wave areas of dry or towel-dried hair.
Be sure to shake the can well before use, and direct the nozzle downwards. Using it upwards or horizontally may prevent you from using it to the last bit.
If it doesn't foam well in low temperatures, soak it in lukewarm water for a few minutes before using.
