Hello, I am writing to you to report a problem concerning the delivery of my package.. I found my package in a very worrying state: it was torn and left in the mailbox space intended for mail, accessible to everyone. Under these conditions, it could easily have been stolen.. You will find attached a photo illustrating the condition in which I received my package.. I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. It looks good. But it's not photochromic. Its lens is just plain dark. However, it filters the light quite well in daylight.

Poor sun protection. If the sun shines in your eyes, you can't see anything in front of you.

The temples arrived bent, I straightened them, and they seem okay. But they don't look good.

The glasses are beautiful, I liked them. One thing is that they came without a case.
