This is a set of a thick, sturdy cutting board and a sheet cutting board that can be placed on top of it. When you want to cut meat or fish after vegetables, you can simply remove the sheet cutting board and use it for different purposes, making it hygienic. The thick cutting board is non-slip and allows you to cut food smoothly. The sheet cutting board is made of soft material that makes it easy to put ingredients into pots and other dishes. One side of the thick cutting board is flat, making it easy to cut large ingredients, and the other side has a rim to prevent moisture from spilling onto the countertop. The sheet cutting board is not dishwasher safe.
