I wear size 52. My hip circumference is about 110, I ordered 3XL. I barely managed to pull it on, but it stretched out normally during wear. The quality is good, it's a shame that it's not entirely made of a breathable material on the inside; where there is such material, the skin sweats well, there is no discomfort. I wear it under regular clothes; in 2 weeks, I lost 3kg just from walking in them.
