I wear M in general, for everything. Unfortunately here you have to go two sizes up to get your size. I take a normal M, 177cm for 84KG normal. I ordered the same t-shirt two sizes up right away and it's perfect. So the XL = an M that fits well, mid-bicep sleeve, straight t-shirt with a great shape and 100% cotton. I bought everything again from them two sizes up, so XL, and it's perfect, it's an M in our size.
