Night filters are used with film camera systems equipped with daylight film or digital camera systems with a daylight white balance setting selected. Academic Glass: This filter is constructed from optical glass for clarity and color fidelity. To prevent internal ghosting and reflections, the glass surface has 10 layers of anti-reflection coating to better protect the filter board and keep it clean for a long time. The nano-coating improves the bead effect when the surface comes in contact with water or oil, allowing for more efficient cleaning.
