To help you achieve the best results and get the most out of your gel insoles, we give you a few helpful tips. Please note that the gel pads may slip or come loose if worn without socks. For optimal adhesion and comfort, we recommend wearing the gel pads with tight-fitting socks.

storage

Store the gel insoles in a cool, dry and clean place. Replace the insert after 6 months at the latest or if there are major signs of wear/damage. Clean the product with soap and lukewarm water after use.
