The photographer is Ring Gold Smith, a female photographer from Detroit (also famous for photographing the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, The Police, Bob Dylan, Patti Smith, etc.). Of course there are live cuts, but also cuts with a relaxed atmosphere backstage, and the content captures the charm of KISS at its peak.
