Directional tweeter
1-inch CMMD® Lite tweeter is paired with a High-Definition Imaging waveguide for wide dispersion, low distortion and the most accurate sound reproduction with optimized off-axis response. Plus, for added flexibility, this tweeter is rotatable and can be aimed and adjusted to direct the sound directly to the desired listening position.. This significantly expands the installation possibilities even in architecturally demanding spaces, even with high ceilings.
In addition, you can adjust the tweeter level and fine-tune the high and low frequencies by up to 3 dB to suit the room environment and personal taste. This allows the speaker to be adapted to any acoustic configuration and guarantees better sound distribution in the room. The high-frequency level control allows you to fine-tune the speaker's high-frequency output to compensate for different acoustic environments. The control has three settings:

Mid and low frequencies are directed through a sophisticated crossover to a 6.5-inch bass driver with a patented PolyPlas® cone. It is a special blend of cellulose fibers covered with a polymer, which optimally combines the properties of paper and polymer.. This material is used exclusively in JBL speakers and, thanks to its properties, it can present a rich bass with a tight contour, which is typical of JBL.
