Thanks to the use of HEX 10mm 1/2" 08X001 holders (recommended for hole saws: 08X019 - 08X030) i 5/8" 08X002 (recommended for hole saws: 08X032 - 08X152) it is possible to use a hole saw in drills or drill-drivers. Using SDS+ holder 08X003 (recommended for hole saws: 08X032 - 08X152) we can use DEDRA 08X tungsten carbide hole saws with a hammer drill in non-impact drilling mode. For improved cutting effects and increased durability, the hole saws have several carbide plates that effectively machine the material being worked.. Using a suitable pilot drill, DEDRA 08X universal hole saws with carbide teeth can be used for working in wood, furniture boards, PVC, as well as in mineral materials such as ceramic blocks, aerated concrete, or silicate.. To increase the durability of the hole saws, their body was made of high-quality #45 HCS steel with a thickness of 1.5mm, and the teeth were made of tungsten carbide with a 6% cobalt addition.
