Its micron size and spherical shape reduce sliding friction by creating a rolling effect on the chain's surface. Ceramic Boron Nitride platelets cover the chain, forming a protective non-stick coating that works synergistically with the spherical tungsten to significantly reduce wear and extend the life of your drivetrain components. HALO HOT WAX bags are specially designed to be boiled in water to melt the wax pellets inside. The bags are reusable and contain enough wax pellets (600g) for approximately 25 chain dips. Every bag includes a dipping tool to make the chain dipping process easy.
