I really liked it because it is really comfortable
I have a 42.5, I bought a 43 and luckily it's open and I have a narrow foot but it's quite small. A 43 is like a 41.
Super service article as described

The size fit. But when walking, even around the house, the sole on the heels sinks in because it's not solid, but hollow. This is a huge inconvenience! How can I walk?! Why is the heel unstable and sinking in?! To save 5 grams of plastic, but create inconvenience for people! I will contact support Today is 14.05, support hasn't responded for the second day! I do not recommend these shoes under any circumstances!!! It's impossible to walk in it! Support replied that they approved the return. But it's impossible to receive it, is there no function?!
The size does not match, it is small, the size of the slippers is 39, if you consider that my foot size is 38, they should be even bigger, but at least three sizes smaller. They themselves are very good, neat, do not have a foreign smell. I had to give them to my mother, they fit her
