Car Rear Tail Light Left Side 51953121 68346456AA For Jeep Renegade 2016-2021

I will never use Joom again, their Customer Support is shocking, I ordered the part for a car using the registration number and notwithstanding the fact they sent the wrong part, it arrived damaged. Not difficult to sort out you would think, but weeks later they have asked for photos of the damaged part and packaging for the fourth time now, despite me having sent a comprehensive set of photos about 3 weeks ago! It seems they are just avoiding issuing a refund at all costs! AVOID JOOM AT ALL COSTS..... **Strangely enough, just a few minutes after posting this review, the refund was authorised and on its way.....**
