Unfortunately, the product arrived with its metal part bent. The packaging is quite weak and did not protect the product. This is the lesser of the two evils; it can be straightened and installed in the laptop. However, after installation, it turned out that the buttons do not work. The old one was malfunctioning, but this one doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact same product on the Joom site, so I ordered another one just like it, hoping it won't have any issues.

The first one didn't work, its price was refunded immediately. I ordered another one, it works perfectly and is of excellent quality.
