How to use: 1) Remove the balloon from the packaging 2) Insert a straw into the tab on the base of the balloon 3) Inflate to desired pressure 4) Remove the straw 5) Squeeze tab to seal 6) Tie a balloon with a string and a weight to prevent the balloon from flipping 7) Use double sided tape or a pice of folded sticky tape to attach the other balloon to the number balloon.
