How to use: 1. Put your hand inside the sheet and remove the sticker band on the wrist.
2. Wrap the band around your wrist and massage your entire hand so that the solution is evenly distributed.
3. After 15 to 20 minutes, take a rest while caring so that you feel a sense of heat.
*The degree of heat may be felt differently depending on your skin type and may become stronger over time, so take off the product after wearing it for about 20 minutes when you feel warm.
