Product Description: Gluten Free Supplement Ultra Tested cGMP Certified Enzyme-Aid™ is a plant-based enzyme formula that breaks down (decomposes) casein, gluten and gliadin and promotes the breakdown of wheat (gluten) and milk (casein) proteins. This unique enzyme also promotes the absorption and utilization of key minerals. (This is achieved by adding phytase, an enzyme that breaks down phytic acid found in grains, beans and soybeans. Phytic acid is known to interfere with the absorption of essential minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc.
