Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon of psyllium with 8 oz (1 cup) or more of water or other beverage. Taking this product without sufficient liquid may cause choking. See Precautions.

Precautions: Choking - Taking this product without sufficient liquid may cause swelling and blockage of the throat or esophagus, or choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take with at least 8 oz of liquid. Safety Guidelines: Do not use if you have a bowel obstruction, esophageal stricture, or abnormal intestinal narrowing. Other medications should be taken one hour before or a few hours after taking psyllium.
