How to Use
To prepare the tea, add 1/2 teaspoon of the herb leaves to 8 oz of boiling water, cover, steep for 3-5 minutes, strain, and drink.

Safety Instructions: Not for use during pregnancy unless supervised by a qualified physician. Do not use if you have intestinal obstruction, unexplained abdominal pain, or intestinal inflammation. This product may decrease gastrointestinal transit time, which may decrease the absorption of medications taken by mouth. Do not use for more than 8 consecutive days.
