How to Use
Add 1 packet (2.5 g) of PGX® Daily® Singles to 1 cup of 8 fl. oz. cold water and stir vigorously. Take 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take PGX® Daily® with food or a healthy snack or on an empty stomach to significantly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.
