Directions for Use

As a supplement for adults only, take one serving (three capsules) four times daily, immediately after meals and at bedtime. Do not take four servings (12 capsules) at a time. Start with one capsule after meals for the first week, then two capsules after meals for the second week, and three capsules after meals for the third week. From the fourth week onward, also take three capsules at bedtime.

Other Ingredients Gelatin capsule, silicon dioxide.

Caution Do not use with children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. Do not use if sensitive to any of the ingredients.

High niacin levels may cause temporary flushing, redness, warmth, and itching, which usually lasts about 30 minutes. This niacin flush is harmless and can be minimized by taking regularly with food in the stomach.

Do not use this product if you have Wilson's disease. Women with a family history of thyroid disease should not use this product unless directed by a physician. If you have a genetic metabolic disorder called 6-GPD deficiency, do not use this product unless directed by a physician.

Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. This product should be used within two years of purchase or one year after opening. This product is sealed. If the outer seal is broken, exchange it for another product. This product is packaged by weight, not volume. Some settling may occur during shipping and handling.
