How to Use: One pump produces approximately 1.3g of cream, providing 20mg of bioidentical USP progesterone extracted from Wild Yam. This container contains approximately 65 pumps. Massage 1-2 times daily, 1 pump to the wrists, inner arms, thighs, neck, abdomen, and chest. Rotate the massage area. For fertile women, use for 14 days before menstruation, then stop when menstruation begins, and repeat. For postmenopausal women, use for 21 days, then stop for 7 days, and repeat. These are general recommendations, and the duration of use can be adjusted according to individual needs.
