Suggested Use
Chew 1 serving (3 chewables) thoroughly and take 1-2 times daily. On workout days, take 1 serving (3 chewables) with breakfast and 1 serving (3 chewables) after workout. For best results, chew thoroughly and swallow. Drink plenty of fluids while taking. Read the label carefully and follow the directions before taking.
