Product Description: 26g Microfiltered Protein Per ServingMade with Non-GMO IngredientsKosher DairySoy-FreeGluten-FreeNo Added SugarGrass-FedNo Antibiotics & Hormones (rBGH)‡Provides Glutamate & BCAAsNo Artificial Sweeteners/Flavors98% Lactose-FreeSupplementsInstant PowderBluebonnet’s whey protein isolate comes from grass-fed cows that have not been treated with antibiotics or recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH), also known as bovine growth hormone (BST).‡ Whey protein also has the highest Biological Value (BV) of any protein on the market, providing all the essential amino acids in adequate amounts to support growth and development. That’s why Bluebonnet’s whey protein isolate uses high-quality, microfiltered whey protein isolate that contains important immunoglobulins that support the immune system. Whey is also a rich source of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and glutamate. Bluebonnet whey protein isolate is a fast-acting protein. This means that the amino acids are readily available for your body to use when it needs them. It is especially recommended for athletes who need to replenish amino acids quickly after exercise to optimize the recovery phase. Unlike conventional heat-processed whey protein isolates, which can denature proteins and immunoglobulin antibodies to a less beneficial state, Bluebonnet uses a special low-temperature microfiltration process to remove excess fat while leaving the proteins intact and the immunoglobulins intact. ‡ The Federal Government has determined that there is no significant difference in composition between milk or milk by-products from cows treated with or without recombinant bovine growth hormone or rBGH.
