How to Use: Apply an appropriate amount evenly to face, neck, and other areas exposed to UV rays. Apply generously 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply sunscreen at least every 2 hours. Other sun protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
