These cotton pads are specially designed to help with facial elasticity. It is recommended to follow this step before using other skin care products as it cleanses the dirt, oil, and dead skin cells remaining on the face after washing, helping the next product to be better absorbed into the skin. 2) Sponge Cotton Pads (60 sheets) Similar to a sponge, these cotton pads are made by drying the cotton and pulp.
