How to Use: Sunscreen Directions: Apply 1 oz. Leave on for 15 minutes. Reapply after 2 hours. Apply evenly! Shake well before application. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes. Immediately after towel drying. At least once every 2 hours. Sun protection: Use sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection methods include: Limit outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear hats and sunglasses.
