Suggested Use
For ages 14 and older, take 1 packet daily. Pour contents into a cup, add 4-6 oz of water, and stir. Add more water for a milder taste. Do not exceed recommended dose. As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
