Product Description ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight, fragrance‑free milky toner infused with 71% rice bran water, niacinamide, and ceramides. It balances excess sebum, hydrates deeply, strengthens the skin barrier, and brightens complexion for a radiant glow and smooth, glass-like finish. Suitable for sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin.

How to Use After cleansing, apply toner to face using a cotton pad or your fingertips. Gently pat for better absorption. Use twice daily, morning and night. Layer under other skincare products as needed.
