UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT Received my order even tho the emails said it had been delivered. I was in on the day it said it was delivered. I would love to talk to a genuine human being rather than be bounced around a system that is clearly not working. Im finding the customer service options diabolically frustrating as im led all round the houses. None of the order numbers i enter when requested don't register. When trying to get to the bottom of my missing package and feeling robbed of £10th this has been an issue since i placed my order in early October.

Good quality. Thick, only doesn't fit perfectly to the sink. My perfectionist grumbles:)
