As a professional of alternative medicine for 40 years I've had considerable experience with 660nm LED light therapy with various types of equipment. I wanted a small hand held unit for myself for treating my facial rosacea. This unit also has the 880nm infrared wavelength to penetrate deeper in the skin. Instead of the conventional LEDs, this unit delivers the light via a chip based technology. I'm totally satisfied with this purchase, not only for the low price but the power source that gives me more than 2 hours of treatment time, and recharges from 0 to 100% in 3 hours. See video, the unit blinks red while charging and stops blinking when fully charged. My only concern is that the surface of the unit although robust, could have a partial rubber area for better gripping and for not rolling off a table. Until I get some rubber adhesive srrips I've improvised with rubber bands (not attractive....but does the job)! 😃 By the way, it arrived (to Portugal) 2 days earlier than stated on the delivery info. This has been my first purchase on JOOM and I'm very impressed with the web site, product choices and speedy service.💥🐇
