Faulty scooter was delivered, battery will not charge... Tried two different chargers (same make and model). Contacting Customer support only shoves you into a conversation with a bot that cant help at all. 😢 The delivery time was not as 'promised'. Ordered the scoot on the 14th may, got it the 25th.. Been 3 days of total silence from the support soon now. If I will get any help and a complete working scooter I will give/edit the review!
