LUTEIN + ZEAXANTHIN
The carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high concentrations in the so-called yellow spot in the macula. The main suppliers in the diet are spinach, lamb's lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, potatoes and squash.
