Intake Instructions
Application:
Stir 1 measuring spoon 1-2 times a day in 125 ml of water and wait at least 10 minutes for activation. Stir again and consume.
Note: In the case of fructose intolerance, the activation time should be at least 30 minutes.
During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides.
No fructose gets into the intestine.
