It's not perfect, but it's as promised. The case is obviously not leather but I wish it was a bit better as it is very thin and the finishes are not great, although it is quite neatly sewn. There is some unpleasant smell present. The tools are looking good, the paint is applied nicely and evenly (although 2 out of 16 tool has some paint chipped). The tools are quite sharp and seem to be of decent quality. The set is a bit too heavy for this pouch and there are some dents on the material already. Also I wish there was some protection between 2 layers as when the kit is closed tools will be rubbing which will damage the paint.

UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT Received my order even tho the emails said it had been delivered. I was in on the day it said it was delivered. I would love to talk to a genuine human being rather than be bounced around a system that is clearly not working. Im finding the customer service options diabolically frustrating as im led all round the houses. None of the order numbers i enter when requested don't register. When trying to get to the bottom of my missing package and feeling robbed of £10th this has been an issue since i placed my order in early October.

All of the boxes have arrived yesterday thank you, the letter are all there and what a lovely design will be putting balloons, fake roses, his old clothes that doesn't fit him anymore and teddy's. Will put them up again next month on his birthday thanks again love it. Anyone who is thinking about the size of these boxes, trust me they are reasonably big ( decent sized ) they are worth buying. Get them when you can and of course they are reusable, ideal to have up once or more a year.

Very useful little tool for making the bed. It makes it much easier to lift the mattress and tuck the sheets underneath without having to struggle or put too much pressure on your hands and back. It is simple to use, lightweight, and surprisingly practical, especially when changing fitted sheets or making the bed regularly. For the price, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I won’t be buying from this website again. The seller lacks integrity; they deliberately delay dispatch and have increased the price of the items I ordered. Customer service is irresponsible and doesn’t even bother to ask the seller why the items haven’t been dispatched. I really wouldn’t recommend them. You have to pay the return postage yourself, and some of the products are completely unusable.

UPDATE: Can be a little temperamental, but on the whole, still love it. Removed a star for one small reason, the crank handle can be very hard to remove to put it back in the box. Always scared of breaking it! Absolutely love it!! Great fun to use. We play a card game that uses a much larger amount of cards that a regular deck, so having this makes shuffling so much easier.
