The head sculpt has been updated to a more realistic design (based on Early Governor Vol. 3) than the previous version. The model is newly sculpted with and without head equipment, and even includes a fully enclosed combat helmet. Enjoy a total of four different head designs.
The head and upper body armor, previously molded from PVC, have been changed to PS material for easier painting and modification. (Wrists remain PVC.)
The weapon handles have been redesigned to make it easier to equip with weapons from other governors.

[Machine Description]
"Rose," one of the armor types used by the Liberty Alliance,
Designed for female wear, it is classified as a "light armor type" compared to the standard Pawn A1. To make it easier for female soldiers, who are naturally weaker than male soldiers in terms of muscle strength, this model has been simplified from the Pawn A1 and has been significantly lighter through revised armor materials.
This concept is also carried over to its portable firearms, such as a lightweight blade and gun knife.
It also has a unique function: a small Deception Repeater on its head, which can temporarily disrupt the electromagnetic radar detection of Para-Pawns and enemy Hexa Gear.
Its incredibly light weight makes it a good match for the small, highly mobile Hexa Gear, and it is often used by special forces engaged in stealth missions such as solo or small group infiltration of enemy territory and sabotage.
Light Armor Type: Rose Improved
Like many other pieces of equipment, various updates have been made over the course of its production.
This model's unique design incorporates a special coating previously tested on the 2.5th-generation Hexa Gear "Bulkarm Grantz Red Alert," successfully improving its defensive capabilities without sacrificing its lightness. Combined with the now-standard combat helm, it improves Governor survivability.
The newly developed combat helm naturally incorporates the functionality of the "visor (deception repeater)" that was standard equipment on the earlier model, making it a superior model to the visor. The visor type allows Governors to operate in contaminated areas where their lives were previously at risk, significantly improving the overall performance of the equipment. However, some Governors choose to wear the earlier model depending on the nature of the mission or their personal preferences.
