This is a plastic assembly kit of the British battleship King George V, a 35,000-ton battleship completed in October 1940. In May 1941, she contributed to the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck along with Rodney, and later in the war, shifted her focus to the Pacific, where she also bombarded the Japanese mainland. The model recreates her appearance during the attack on the Japanese mainland, with significantly enhanced anti-aircraft armament including radar, additional anti-aircraft machine guns, and multiple rocket launchers.
