・This is KATO's N-gauge structure, Fashion Building 1 (Beige).
・This is a fully assembled large building optimally designed for Unitram. It comprises six buildings, including four corner buildings, from the building space of the [TV1 Unitram Basic Set]. It conforms to the Geotown layout system specifications, so you can easily recreate streetscapes by simply placing them on road plates.
・The entrance, sign, and display windows are recreated with colorful stickers. The first floor is set up as a shop, creating the bustling atmosphere of a downtown area. The rooftop facilities are also accurately reproduced, and each indoor floor is also included, allowing for more realistic layouts in buildings with large windows.
Fine details such as the piping, electrical wiring, and ducts on the sides and back, as well as the rooftop air conditioning equipment, are realistically reproduced.
The entrance, sign, and display windows are recreated with stickers. New sticker content has been added.
The four corner buildings and two road-level buildings combined make it the perfect size for the structure site of the Unitram Basic Set.
By shining a powerful light source from below into the center of the building, you can easily illuminate the entire building.
