I ordered two towels, one arrived properly packaged, the other was crumpled and just lay in the postal bag. Soft, absorbency is average, has a loop for a hook.

The towel itself is not bad, I hope (haven't washed it yet), but the edging is sewn so badly that I had to sit down at the sewing machine and fix it.
