For my size 37 foot, I took a 38. With thin socks, the boots fit snugly, but I think if I wear them around the house with thick socks, they will stretch out a little.

The boots are not ICE but they would have been suitable for walking at this time of year but they run very small. I took a 40 for my 38 and they didn't fit. There's nothing to boast about.
