[Handling Precautions]
This product is characterized by its softness and texture when you pick it up.
For this reason, the towels are woven with an intentionally loose weave.
Please note that the pile is particularly susceptible to shedding at the beginning of use.
(If the pile becomes stretched, you can cut it with scissors and it will not come loose.)
Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, is a leading towel-producing region in Japan. Located in Imabari City, Masaoka Towel is a towel manufacturer recognized by the world's leading hotels. President Yuji Masaoka's passion for towels was even featured in ewoman. (Interview: Yuji Masaoka x Kaori Sasaki ⇒ www.ewoman.co.jp/winwin/105/1/7)
From Masaoka Towel came the premium bath towel, "MS' Finest." After undergoing numerous processes to completion, the result is a fluffy, voluminous towel that can be described as "truly high-quality." The difference is immediately apparent when compared to a regular towel. The softness, volume, and absorbency are only possible with towels made with carefully selected materials and crafted with care. The Imabari Towel brand mark on each towel guarantees that it is a high-quality towel product that has passed the unique certification standards of the Shikoku Towel Industrial Association, which brings together Imabari manufacturers. Experience the premium quality of a first-class towel that meets these strict standards.
[Point 1] Made with Kurabo's "Fancot" material... Kurabo's "Fancot" is made from "San Joaquin cotton," cotton grown in the San Joaquin region of California, USA, with fine fuzz removed.
[Point 2] "Gas-searing"... By adding a process called "gas-searing," in which fuzz is instantly burned off with a gas burner at the yarn stage, fuzz is suppressed and the yarn surface is smoothed and improved in luster. [Point 3] Volume and lightness brought by "hollow yarn"... By using "hollow yarn," a fiber that has a hollow interior due to a special spinning method, we are able to create fluffy towels that are lightweight and have excellent heat retention.
