For 4K 60Hz signals, we recommend using a 2.0b HDMI standard cable up to 2m for input and 3m for output. For 1080P signals, depending on the cable quality, input and output lengths can be up to 10m, but we recommend no longer than 5-8m. Also, please check the condition of cables and other components before use. If they are worn or damaged, input or output may become unstable, resulting in the product not working properly.
💫Note: If there is no audio, please go to Settings → Audio Settings → HDMI Output → Audio Format and set it to "LPCM" or "PCM." Also, the 3.5mm audio port does not support ARC. Other audio ports support ARC mode. Also, please check the ARC function status before use. If you do not need the ARC function, turning it on accidentally will affect the audio output and may not meet your expectations.
