The VC881 is a high-quality HDMI/DVI to HDMI converter with both audio embedding and de-embedding capabilities. It can output an HDMI signal with embedded DVI and audio, or de-embed audio from an HDMI signal. It is HDCP 1.4 compliant and supports resolutions up to 4K, providing a reliable and stable video environment.
The VC881 offers flexible interface signal conversion (DVI to HDMI) and even features HDMI audio de-embedding. With HDMI audio de-embedding, the VC881 can separate the audio signal from the HDMI signal and output S/PDIF, coaxial audio, or RCA stereo audio. This allows you to transmit the HDMI video signal to a monitor while providing audio to a nearby audio system. Furthermore, its ARC function eliminates the need for a separate S/PDIF audio connection, simplifying installation.
