Hello, This is the first time something like this has happened to me.. I ordered a brown dress and received a light beige dress. The latter also has a blue stain on the front. . I also ordered a beige jacket to go with my brown dress, so it doesn't fit either because it doesn't stand out at all and it's also small and I don't fit into it. I therefore request a full refund for the 2 items in my order.. Please give me the procedure to follow to return these 2 defective items to you, one of which has a blue stain and is not the correct color initially ordered and the other is not the correct color and is too small.. Where was the owner of the goods looking when sending? The size ordered was 4XL, but the jacket arrived in a size for a "cat"... no markings, no price tag, no identifying marks. It's disappointing! I couldn't even put it on one shoulder... It discourages all desire to order on Joom because of such unscrupulous sellers. The jacket itself is sewn well.
